StrongStuff is the website and portfolio of Tom Whalen, who creates gorgeous vector illustrations. He’s designed many movies posters that I wish would have been the official posters for all of these films. I plan on referencing these in the future for icon inspiration.

Fly Guy by Trevor Van Meter. I can’t believe this is almost ten years old now. I love it just as much today as I did back then, and I can’t say that about many things. A quirky interactive pixel animation entirely in black and white. Great soundtrack too. Timeless. Play it.

Daily Drop Cap is a blog by the designer/illustrator/letterer Jessica Hische, who regularly posts an illustrated capital letter for anyone to use (non-commerically, of course) with inline text on the internet.

I love these daily blogs designers run for their own creative betterment outside of client work!

I love watching creation process videos. I particularly enjoy the step from pencil sketch to Illustrator. Amazing. You can read more about the poster here. Nice work DKNG.
